Things I used for Toxin Detox

I have received many questions about what I’ve done, so let me share! When I began, we started with a 60 day build up of the system as it was too weak (according to test results) to even think about detoxing.

Once completed I began an intense regiment that’s specifically tailored to your results, there’s a ton of different ones (not shared above). My system has issues with pure folate, so overmethylation was a b!tch many times. In fact I had no clue that’s what was happening, I assumed it was a side effect causing the anxiety. Afterward I learned otherwise.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: The first two big phases of the healing journey are not listed as I highly encourage seeking help from an FMP or Holistic doc for guidance. The items on the slide are the basics once through the bigger protocols.

Once completed the intense and severely restricting food program for 2 weeks, I graduated to a lighter protocol that wasn’t as killer. From here we learned my system wasn’t strong enough to convert NAC, making it useless and causing a host of issues. Such a fun process being a lab rat.

The things shown above are what have helped me to finally have success at getting the bad junk out! You’ll notice the active ingredient in Agent Orange rose up on the second test. While it was scary to see, it's

actually a good thing, it means it was lurking in the fat cells b/c it had been in the body so long. Now that we’re pulling it out of the fat cells, it's back in the system and getting ready for elimination!

Bromopropane is practically non-existent in the next test! Now you’re probably wondering the same thing I was… I’m a stay at home/work from home mom, how can I have gasoline poisoning, right?!

Turns out, bromopropane is used in our everyday items such as shampoo bottles, pharmaceuticals, cleaners, flavors, fragrances, etc.

Items used:

  1. Seeking Health Liposomal Glutathione - There is two kinds, one with co-factors, one without. We use the one without as we're taking around same time as vitamins!

  2. Quicksilver Glutathione - This one was a heavy hitter, glad I eased into it with Seeking health first.

  3. Metagenics Phytoganix - It actually taste pretty good, I just mix with water! When I first started the green put me off some and mixed in with shakes. Phytoganix canister option (more bang for your buck). Phytoganix travel packets I keep on hand and last awhile!

  4. SerenaLife In home sauna, bought Oct 2022 and still using today!

As always, I highly recommend using a wellevate account (or some private supplement store that focuses on the storing/shipping properly) for purchasing supplements and not Amazon. If you don't have access to one, then I'd use Amazon.

Over the past couple years we’ve eliminated items with the word “fragrance” in them, along with the other items on the "Ingredients to Avoid list! 𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙫𝙚. Did you know... I have created a private facebook group for moms to connect and ask questions! It's a judgement free zone and I'll be sharing even more there! Join us here (don't forget to answer questions)
