Better Snack Swaps for Kids

There’s nothing more frustrating, then when trying to make changes yet life is chaotic and unsure where to start!

Here’s a list of some of the swaps to get started and give you more ideas!!

Ingredients that are not nourishing and don't belong in food would be:

❌High fructose corn syrup

❌Artificial dyes

❌Hydrogenated oils

❌Artificial sweeteners

❌Enriched Flour

Obvi things like veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds would be the ideal snack as they’re packed with fiber, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.

Yet realistically, there are times having pre-packaged items on hand aids in sanity!

Costco has been getting more of the cleaner brands + snacks!
