I spent 11 years hating my body, hating how I looked in the mirror, photos, clothes.

😭Crying when trying on clothes in dressing rooms that they didn’t look nice on my body as others.

To go home and comfort that self hate with FOOD. Eating until I felt awful physically, bloated, in pain... eating more as I felt like a failure for not being “stronger”. I didn’t want to admit my body was a physical manifestation of mindset. I kept eating...

After learning HOW to eat for my bodies needs, having LIFE CHANGING progress, I began to fall backwards... 🤦🏼‍♀️Returning to those old stories I told myself of being unworthy and the type of person that doesn’t have success...

I didn’t progress again and have SUSTAINABLE results until... I learned HOW to ❤️ the skin I’m in NOW.

➡️Not when when I reach my “goal weight”. ➡️Not when I reach my “dream body”... but NOW, TODAY, and everyday!

We can’t give ❤️ if we don’t know HOW to experience it for ourselves FIRST.
