Does making/planning healthy meals stress you out?? 👉🏻👉🏻Finding yourself throwing in the towel when NOT getting results desired?? There’s SO MUCH misinformation out there it’s HARD to know what’ll work for YOUR body... and yet, BE SAFE! One of the BIGGEST things I hear from men/women?? “I don’t know how to cook/prep/meal plan/etc😳 👉🏻👉🏻Where does it start?? RIGHT HERE⬇️⬇️ I’m a BIG believer in teaching kids at a young age HOW to be self sufficient! Kids who are not taught these skills GROW UP TO BE ADULTS who also struggle with these skills🤷🏼‍♀️ 👉🏻How do WE PREVENT our kiddos from growing up not knowing HOW to cook/plan/prep?? Starting TODAY🙌🏻 What if YOU don’t know HOW to do these things?? Sister that was meeee! I had 3 meals I could make when moving out🤷🏼‍♀️ I thought 🌽 or green beans were a “good” veggie for nightly meals🙄 I couldn’t meal plan to save my life and it stressed me the eff out!!
