I struggle with anxiety

I struggle with anxiety...ESPECIALLY when those things are outside of my control. Obviously having a newborn after 8 yrs is challenging that mental side of me. I never truly realized how much this health/fitness journey has built that UP for me!!! ✨God is SO GOOD!!!✨ This was his plan all along leading me down this path, giving me a BIG community of sisters to support, encourage, and lead me back to Jesus when I'm struggling. 👉🏻I’m physically stronger, but most importantly, I’m MENTALLY stronger too! I never imagined how much closer it could bring me to Jesus and being able to connect to him when I FEEL good mentally. Never would I thought I could LOVE my postpartum body too!💖 👉🏻So MANY benefits to daily exercise.
