Heyyyy its me!!! Annnnd its still međ€Ș Just wanted to throw out that reminder to not believe everything you see on social media. Make sure youâre following those that inspire you, that are showing the real stuff⊠not just their highlight reel ;) đđ»Are you like me and just have a LOT happening in this stage of life?đ€·đ»ââïž I tell myself things will slow or calm down⊠BUT it hasnât and with teens, 8 y/o and a newborn⊠It wont! Our Summer is already booked, then we start with sports and school all over again!đ #momlife Our physical health is SO important!! đđ»But truth be told? Iâm LAZZZZY!!đ€·đ»ââïž I want something that's short, sweet, straight to the point⊠#amIright? đ đ Baby girl does NOT sleep long, I kinda, sorta...donât like working out *GASP*đ± But I know with my anxiety levels⊠Its a MUST or my family pays for my laziness bc Iâm stuck in bed, chair, couch while my mind runs rampant... OR Iâm going through the motions like a zombie that day(s) trying to FAKE happiness or adultingđ So if Iâm gonna do it, let's keep it quick and SIMPLE.. And get some KILLER FRIGGING RESULTS TOO! Iâve NEVER been a gym junkieâ Itâs too âpeoplyâ there... (plus the confusion on what machine did whatđ€·đŒââïž... the sweaty equipment if people didnât clean it rightđ€ą... the stares đ...)đ« And then I learned about HIIT Training (High-Intensity Interval Training) which was an efficient, no-nonsense workout that combined weightliftingđȘđ»and calorie-burning high-intensity interval training from my HOME WITH KIDS and BABY!!#9weekspostpartum And I fell IN LOVE...â€ïžđđđ Here's why... âïž Every second counts during each workout (NO WASTED time here!) âïžI ONLY need to workout 4 days per week (which leaves me 3 days for rest, life, or whatever I wanna do to burn off the crazy!! âïž30 minâs is all it takes (NO hour-long unrealistic workouts this summer #aintnoonegottimeforthat I FINALLY feel like I have a ROCK SOLID plan this summer that includes #workoutfreedom, #flexibility,#results & #summercocktails đčđ· (after I pump of course đ) Drop an emoji + Iâll get you the F R E E sample to try, and add you into my free group to check out more about how it will all work! đȘđ»đđ»ââïžâïžđ„đđ
