One thing I did with all of my coaches/challengers on New Years was to set their intentions for the year. To dream BIG! This mama's goals was to inspire and help others, and be able to afford to drop to PT at work! Welll....guesssss whaaaat!? đ¤ đ¤ đ¤
Talisa has been dedicated and working hard committing to her goals and helping others...at work she was given the opportunity to drop to PT WITHOUT LOSING AN INCOME!!! Her passion for helping others is already starting to REPLACE her income!!đđ Now she'll have the opportunity shes been dreaming of, to be home MORE with her little cuties, while helping others even more creating healthy LIFE SUSTAINING habitsđ¤đđ When I think of this mama, I think of how selfless she's been this last year since reconnecting. Watching her grow in every aspect - physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. Selfishness destroys relationships, but its selflessness that makes them grow and bring out the best in others. What does selflessness mean? It means less of âmeâ and more of âyou.â It means thinking of others before you think of yourself and putting the other personâs needs before your own. By putting her health FIRST, shes been able to be even MORE selfless. She's not pouring from an empty cup bc shes refilling her cup daily. I could not be more proud of you lady!!
