Hammer and Chisel Meal Plan

Every Sunday I make it a habit of making sure I'm as organized as possible for the week. Typically it'll be at night when I'm exhausted, or now in those few spare moments while getting ready for church. Eating breakfast, while a certain someone plays Lego's next to me. Today, all veggies will be chopped for salads, lunches, and dinner. Salads and breakfast items prepared for the next 6 days(because we can't fall off on a weekend and ruin all the hard work and dedication put in). I create my to do list for the week, broken down into hourly to ensure I stay on track as best as possible. Knowing I'm going to have to be flexible. My top priorities for family and business are set first. Then comes the meal planning. Once completed I print this off, and hang it on a cabinet that I use the most and will see numerous times a day. Also stops the "Whats for dinner question?" from the kiddo's as they can see it too. Don't get me wrong, there are days things like breakfast are swapped for something else. I might just not be in the mood for toast, or yogurt. But I know for breakfast as long as I stick to the 1 yellow, 1 purple, 1 tsp, sometimes adding 1 red I will still be within the guidelines and on track for my goals! When I try to wing it, I'll be swinging through the drive thru because I'm stressed of having to deal with whats for dinner on top of an already crammed day. You don't have to do anything crazy like this, paper and pencil works great too! A plan no matter how its written out is still a plan =) Ready to rock this week 7 of Hammer and Chisel!! This will be the FIRST time I'll get to a choose a NEW program/routine for Day ONE of our upcoming 21 Day Long Fresh Start with Self Love, Daily Devotions, & Fitness.
