What are you putting in your body today? Food is a powerful thing! The right foods will give you the energy needed and power the body. But the wrong foods can do a lot of damage. We were eating 'healthy' for years...or so we thought. Yet my health declined even though we were doing our best. Despite following a Paleo lifestyle it turns out I was missing a lot of nutrients my body needed. It wasn't until that point of changing how we ate and viewed food it could start to heal. Instead of a life with constant debilitating pain and arthritis flair ups I can finally ENJOY life again! Have you considered food as a form of "medicine" to help you feel better? Give it a try 💕😃
