Holding this pose used to hurt my wrists and back, shake my body until it just failed and collapsed within a few seconds. Like all things,the more we do it, the easier it becomes because we're getting stronger. My core still isnt as strong as I'd like, but it's strong enough to support my back and allow me to flex even more.
