The Biggest Misconception



Is there anything more exciting than having your clothes be too loose?! Pretty sure hubby will not let me shop til I hit my goal now after I just bought a new wardrobe and it's too big!! Apparently I still had more fat than I thought or I would've waited. I haven't lost any weight, in fact I've gained 4 pounds, but my clothes are bigger! The biggest misconception is if we cut calories and workout more we will lose weight. Yes, you will lose some, but are you losing water weight, fat or muscle? The simple designed for busy moms nutrition plan we use is one our entire family uses. As well as our coaches and challengers. It's designed to burn that fat, while maintaining that muscle all through nutrition. Abs are NOT made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen. You need those proteins, veggies, fruits, and good carbs to burn.
