Peanut Butter Blondie Brownies



These Blondie brownies....I've been on the perfect brownie recipe search for a year now...these Blondie brownies are da bomb.

Yes I know the looks are a little iffy...but the taste is great!

Kids and hubby destroyed it within a day...I made it twice in one week! Okay I helped too🙊🙈

Peanut Butter Blondies

Serves 9 1 - 15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed /drained ½ cup peanut butter ¼ cup honey ¼ cup coconut sugar 1 TBS almond milk 2 tsp vanilla ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ cup chocolate chips Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix by hand. Pour into pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degree's for 25 mins (or until toothpick comes out clean). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Eat them cold, or warm them up for 15 seconds.
