Our kids are on week 2 of NO sugary crap for breakfast🙌 Mornings are eggs( fried or hardboiled), Greek yogurt, muffins, and sometimes fruit.
It's not hard eating healthy, hitting our goals isn't impossible, we can make the changes needed to do so, but you do have to want it bad enough to do the work and have support! #theglueisaccountability
