We All Have A Beginning

We ALL have a beginning. A starting point, where we were so overwhelmed we felt like there was NO way we'll ever reach our goal. Or maybe I'm alone in feeling that way? This 'before' picture was taken in Spring 2010 4.5 months postpartum, I gained a whopping 50 pounds and after baby #3 it didn't want to come off. I was dropping weight and shrinking, bc when we loose weight of course we're going to go down...but that fat wanted to stay friends. I have spent 5+ years trying to get my body back. I have a collection of fitness programs, did the fad diets, cleanses, etc. You name it, I tried it! I never made it past the 10 day mark no matter what we were doing, there was always a reason "too hard" "not enough time", "life is too busy". After watching hubby for a few months I started feel like maybe this was something different. "Hes committed for a months and I haven't been able to derail him yet!" This time we had a support system. A community of people who were not going to give up on us, or let our excuses win out! Who would lift us up when we fall, who would be there when we we're struggling or I was emotionally falling apart. They never gave up on me or him. We're coming up on our 1 year mark and STILL working and talking with them daily! I can't tell you its easy. But I can promise you will NEVER regret doing something so amazing for not just you, but your family too. You CAN do this! Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. There are no short cuts. Just small steady changes that add up to BIG changes. Needing/wanting that extra support? We have a FREE accountability group OR another Challenge coming up if you're ready to take it to the NEXT level!! Reach out to me ¸¸.•´¯`•.¸•..>>--» here
