Flourless Brownie Muffins - 21 Day Fix approved!
After starting the 21 Day Fix program, we have done a pretty darn good job of sticking to the meal plan and keeping out eating clean. Then, someone said the "B" word - yup - brownies!! I thought that we had discussed the newly "forbidden" words that were dared to be spoken during these 21 days!! You know - cookies, ice cream, brownies, cakes, etc. Needless to say the forbidden word was now imprinted into our subconscious and yeah you guessed it, we needed to make some brownies.
Well, off we went! The search for a healthy brownie had commenced. Much to my surprise, it did not take us too long. The recipe we found was actually very easy to follow and we didn't have to go get any odd-ball ingredients - all of which were in our pantry. I also really enjoyed the use of the blender - something that I had not thought of before. It seemed to make everything (including clean up) a bit easier.
Final Verdict - 4 thumbs up and 1 thumb down (yeah it was Meg - she still wants her non-healthy brownies)
